YouTube - Movies are YouTube's attempt to get into the "watch instantly" movies and compete with the little red envelope company...what's their name? Netflix.
YouTube Movies basically follow a rental "Pay-Per-View" format and have some free movies that you would not have watched in the first place! YouTube is owned by Google and will continue to offer movies once it finds out how to generate advertising revenue to cover is expenses.
You will see that the number of subscribers and videos downloaded at YouTube-Movies is really a joke. Why would you subscribe and pay for movies on the internet?
