We are a private company that designs, manufactures and sells many products including custom cables and connectors, s-video adapters, converters, s-video cables, switch boxes, and many OEM cables. Our S-Video cables have a lifetime limited warranty from the date of purchase. You must keep your receipt referencing your order number to validate the warranty.

All undamaged and unused merchandise may be returned by providing notice not later than the seventh day after the receipt of the merchandise. A return authorization number is required for all returns. No restocking fee applies on all returns that are received within 21 days after the issuance of the return authorization number. If you received free shipping when you ordered the product and then return it, the cost of shipping will be added to the fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days. These terms apply to all returns. All products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period. Customers must inform svideo.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - we offer a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product is considered physical damage. We will not honor warranty for any products returned with bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burnt or any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns with voided warranty.

Technical Support. We only provide support for the products that we manufacture. For other products please contact the original manufacturer.

Processing Time. We try to ship your order the same business day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders received before 3:00 pm CST usually ship same day; however, we do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders can be submitted on weekends and holidays and we will process them in the next business day.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - you must email sales@svideo.com to request an RMA number and must get an email acknowledgment; please call if you have not received an acknowledgment. The shipping cost on the original order of any returned items is not refundable and there's a minimum of $3.00 charge if you selected "free shipping" and decided to return the product.
