The S-Video to RCA (yellow) is one adapter cable. The Stereo 1/8" (3.5mm) Plug to the Red & Black RCA plugs is another adapter cable. Note: your TV might have only a black or a white RCA jacks (or both) and the yellow video input RCA jack.
A Note about TVs with mono audio: If your TV only has a yellow RCA jack for video input and a red or white RCA jack (for mono audio) you can still use the "S-Video to 3 RCA" - just connect the yellow RCA plug to the corresponding yellow RCA jack and the red RCA plug to the corresponding red or white RCA jack of your TV.
