How to Order

You can order online, call us or fax your order. Please see the "Contact Us" link for the latest contact information.

Below are the steps to place an order online:

Once you find the product that you want, just click on the "Add to order" button.

This will take you to "Your Shopping Cart." You will be taken to a secure site after you click on the "Checkout" button.

Shopping Cart Page:

The shopping cart will show the Item, Unit Price, Quantity, and Subtotal.

If you need to change the quantity, just change the quantity and click on the "Update the Qty." button. Once you click on the update button the cart will be updated with the new quantiy and subtotals.

Add more items to shopping cart. You should be able to add more items to the cart by clicking on the "Keep Shopping" text link, by click on the categories on the left, or by using your browser's page-back button.

Note: if the first item is deleted from your shopping cart after you add another item, you may have to enable "cookies" on your internet browser. If you still can't add more than one item at a time, just place different orders and we will ship them together.

Secure Checkout. To get to our secure checkout site, just click on the "Checkout" button.

Shipping Information Page: This is a secure site, to verify, see the "https" address on your address bar.

On this page, enter your shipping address and select your shipping options,

Shipping Address. Enter your shipping address. If you are outside of the USA, select your country from the drop-down menu.

Shipping Options. Select your shipping method by clicking on the drop-down menu. For shipping options and costs, click here.

Note: To see how much your shipping costs you can select a shipping method, click on "Continue" and see the costs. If you want to change your shipping method, then page back and change it and then click on continue again.

After you enter your shipping information, click on the "Continue" button to go to the Billing Information Page.

Billing Information Page:

Payment. The Payment page has a form to enter your Payment Method, Billing Address, Email Address, Coupon or Promotional Code and Comments.

Payment Method. We accept all major credit cards and paypal. We also offer Purchase Orders from Schools, Government and Corporations on approved credit.

Billing Address. If you billing address is different than your shipping address, enter it here.

Email Address. Enter you email address. We do not use your email address for any other purpose but to communicate to you about your order. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise divulge your email information to anyone. If you do not want to provide an email addresss, just enter sales@svideo.com - you will not receive an email confirmation, but you will be allowed to check out.

Coupon or Promotional Code (optional). We create special codes for our affiliates and certain customers. If you want to be an affiliate, email sales@svideo.com with the word question on the subject line. If you have a valid coupon code for our website, enter it and then click on "Apply."

Comments. We want your comments. Please let us know how you plan to use the product or any other comment that you may want to enter here.

CONTINUE. Click on CONTINUE to got to the Review Order Page.

Review Order Page

Review your Shipping and Billing information. If you need to edit anything, just click on the Edit button for the "Ship to" and "Bill to" addresses.

To complete your order, you need to click on the SEND ORDER button.

We will send an email confirming the order to the email address that you entered.
