This is a custom cable.
This cable uses our 6ft. Dual 75 ohm cable with the molded S-Video connector on one end. The coaxial cables are separated and the coaxial cable that does not have the white/dashed printing is cut-off near the 4-pin connector and shrink-tubed shut. The coaxial cable that has the white-dashed printing has a male RCA plug connected at the end of the 6 ft. cable.
This cable can only be used for certain applications that require the transmission of only the composite video signal using only one signal/ground from the S-video connector.
