Mondo Matrix III 48x32 Switch
Mondo Matrix III 48x32 switch consisting of two 48x16 frames resulting in an 8U high rack.
The picture above shows a "frame" with 48 inputs and 16 outputs. Each input also has an "Input Cascade Output" to pass-through the signal to cascade to another frame. Each frame can have up to 64 inputs and 16 outputs.
The diagram shows how the "input cascade output" can be used to connect frames together in order to increase by 16 the number of outputs. All frames that are cascaded to create a matrix system must have the same number of inputs and outputs. For example, a 48x32 frame consists of two 48x16 frames that have been cascaded together.
